Return and Refund Policy
Returns will not be entertain for any type of order other than manufacture defects or wrong product sent by gajananbooks.in
Any discrepancies in order should be reported within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. After 48 hours customer will not be entitled to get part or full refund of the payment made.
Incase ordered items are not in stock then we will try to procure the item first (if newly procure item has any price difference incase of increase than it will by borne by the buyer, if decrease in price than gajananbooks.in will bear), if we are unable to procure the order item, issue full refund within in 7 business days through online or cheque mode as per decision solely with gajananbooks.in
In any situation if it requires to return merchandise back then all shipping charges & other charges will be borne by buyer & refund will be only granted once it is reach to original source in a good condition.
