We donot give guarantee of exact date for delivery for Courier, Air Mail, Sea Mail & Registered Post or any other known transportation types for any orders. We can just tell you the approximate time taken by each method of shipment.Gajananbooks.in will deliver the order on given specific shipping address only & not in the hand of specific person.
If recipient is not at the given address, the order would be delivered as per courier partners or any other transport partner procedure, Gajananbooks.in will not be responsible for their respective policies apply. Gajananbooks.in reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason.
Gajananbooks.in is not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, acts of nature, holidays, incorrect addresses or acts of war or due to any issue by Courier partners. Gajananbooks.in reserves the right to deny its services to any sender, without any explanation. Gajananbooks.in is not liable for more than the retail cost of item.
Gajananbooks.in shall try its best for prompt delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
Inspite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, Gajananbooks.in will not be responsible for a mis-delivery if the receiver of the books at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the books to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
Usually it takes 2 to 6 working days time to process the order. Once the order dispatch by the courier these may vary according to the remoteness of the area and efficiency of the couriers. Acknowledgment signature and courier receipt will be available upon request on extra charge (Only if courier option selected as shipping method). For all other shipping method acknowledgment signature is not possible to provide. Shipping charges includes packing, transaction, handling & other service charges.
In any situation if it requires to return any product back then all shipping charges & other charges will be borne by buyer & refund will be only granted once it is reach to original source in a good condition.
